Top End Inc provides AI development services including workflow automation, chatbot development, image and video generation, custom AI agents, data analysis, and faceless YouTube channel management. All services are subject to scope agreement before work begins.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins on project-based services. Monthly retainer services (YouTube packages) are billed at the start of each service period. Payments are processed securely through Square. All prices are in USD.
Each service tier includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges, discussed in advance.
Upon final payment, you receive full ownership and commercial rights to all deliverables unless otherwise agreed. Source files are included with Professional and Enterprise tiers.
If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Once work has been delivered and approved, refunds are not available.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
